The doctor was nice but I was concerned with how quick she breezed through the consultation. She was speaking really fast and I had to ask her to slow down so I could receive the information. The nurse had to further explain instructions.

The staff is decent. The dr is not welcoming at all!! She does not speak, just comes in stating what the next treatment steps are. She over talks you and is rude. Not one single hello at any of our visits! Very rushed and off-putting. She does not answer ANY questions or explain ANYTHING. No room for feedback or addressing concerns. We received medication in the mail for our 6 year old son to be given by injection without an explanation on what the meds were for OR how to administer them. ! WE WILL NOT BE BACK !

Yes, my initial visit to the office of Dermatology Specialist with Dr. Kathleen Smith was very impressive. This Dermatologist is highly skilled in medical dermatology. It is certainly NOT the case with others in the profession. Dr. Smith's method and procedure of diagnosis put me at ease along with her calm demeanor and attentive approach. I received a skin biopsy with NO pain and already seeing improved results from prescription prior to follow-up appointment. The front desk staff was nice, but Dr. Smith was not. She had no bedside manners. The visit felt rushed. She was talking fast about the medications and when I asked questions for clarity, she seemed frustrated. She also walked out the door without saying nice to meet you, have a great day, let me know if you have any questions or concerns, Nothing! It felt like she didn’t really want to service us.

I will not be going back. My appt was at 11. The medical assistant got me back around 11:05ish and proceeded to mostly talk over me. The doctor didn’t come until 12pm. When she did come in, she said “I’m Dr. Smith. Wanna tell me why you’re here?” No apology or acknowledgment for making me wait for an hour. She then proceeded to rub a swab on my head and say we’ll send prescriptions to your pharmacy, and walked out of the room. The whole appt with her lasted 30 seconds. The medical assistant came back in, proceeded to talk over me again, and said “ok you’re free to go. Have a nice day. See you in about 2 weeks.” I will not be going back.

I have been a patient of Dr. Smith for several years, to address different skin conditions. Making an appointment with her has always been timely, compared to some other dermatologists who have long waits for appointments. Dr. Smith is always pleasant, helpful and forthright in her diagnosis and treatment.

They greeted me and got me back to see the Dr. timely. The doc explained things. The biopsy hurt like hell despite numbing injection. But the gals took great care of me afterwards when I felt faint. They waited with me until I was feeling ok.

This entire office is about the most efficient I have experienced with a medical staff. My appointment was at 3:15pm. I was in the examination room at 3:16, had a biopsy tissue sample removed and was back in my car by 4:00pm while never feeling rushed at all

The wait time was unrealistic. Even if it was busy no came to check in or let us know about the extended wait time. When the Dr. came in she turned on the chair light took one look at my daughter and said she has … and there is a new drug. She didn’t ask for blood work until we mentioned it to rule out. It felt like all she wanted to do was push the drugs.

Awesome! i can't Remember the lady name start with a Z. I tell you she was the nicess receptionist I ever experienced. She was so patient with me. And she didn't have to. It was my fault I did have my insurance card. But she was very skilledfully. She make it happen for me to see the doctor. I was so happy she did. And on top of all that she was still smiling and helping other patients at the same time. Love that experience I got today. The nurse in the back was so knowledgeable, and kind. And polite . And Dr. Kathryn was so concerned and had all the answers to my questions. She was so knowledgeable. I love the experience today. They get 5 stars across the board. When you walk in it’s always so peasant. The staff at the front desk are also amazing and so are the assistant nurses they always have the answers to my questions and they make me feel comfortable asking are talking about my issues that may have occurred in between my visits. A long wait to get in, but then it was very good.

Dr Smith she asks you questions about your concerns or what you have going on in the beginning but when it comes towards the end of your appointment you may have other questions and concerns or sometimes you may think of something and they bring you back to the room to ask her those questions, at that time it just seems like she may get a little agitated because you're asking after your appointment is over. Doctors shouldn't be so quick to say something because it can come off as if you're rushing the patient or talking over them or cutting them off while they are trying to get out with their wanting to say or ask.

Provider didn’t listen to anything that I was saying to her- not to mention the beds are taped together and still have big gapping holes in them outside to the tape- the exam rooms looked disgusting to say the least- not a good look in the area of service

My experience was fast and quick. She listened to my problems and answered all my questions.

I was greeted by the receptionist and was able to see Dr Smith within 15 minutes. Dr Smith came in within 15 minutes. She answered my questions, diagnosed my issue, prescribed some medication, and I was out in an hour.

Dr. Smith sees my daughter for hair loss. She is a very busy Doctor but is amazingly thorough. We appreciate you!

She was very informative and explained every procedure in detail and I was very pleased.

It was a waste of time visit. Drove an hour because I only have a couple options due to insurance. I have been seeing doctors for about a year now trying to figure something out, this visit was supposed to help with that. The dr came in, talked over me, wouldn’t let me explain anything, wouldn’t let me show tests or talk through anything I have done. And then proceeded to tell me that what my doctors have told me is all wrong. She diagnosed me without even doing any examinations. About 3/4 of the way through the 15 min appointment I gave up and just started agreeing with everything she said because she wouldn’t let me talk. I am never coming back here. This doctor should not be working here. All the other staff was amazing!

The receptionist was awesome and polite. Dr Smith was very knowledgeable. The assistant... not so nice. She didn't explain to my daughter about the procedure that she was about to do. Didn't explain to not move so she doesn't break the needle, didn't warn her the she was about to be pricked. She just went in for the jab. So not cool. My daughter was traumatized. Not a bad place to be, but that nurse assistant needs more training

It went smoothly. I love the front reception lady . I wish I got her name. She was very sweet and kind . She had a bob and she sitting at the front window on the Nov 1 that afternoon when my daughter was seen . The nurse assistant was amazing as well and the phlebotomist that had to take my daughter blood sample was very patient and made sure she handled my daughter with proper care

Pleasant staff Here were the issues: 1. Website and scheduling software prompts you to complete paperwork online. When I arrived, informed that they aren’t completely trained on new software and have to redo everything on paper. 2. Waited almost an hour for the physician. 3. Dr. Smith was in the room for 5 minutes. Never did an exam… didn’t even touch the patient once. 4. Left the rooms to get a sample and the next thing a staff member is in room saying we are all done and come back in a month. Not great… but due to insurance don’t have many other options.

I had a really good first appointment with Dr. Smith. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Smith was kind, professional, and informative (she explained some things about my skin and moles that I had not been told before). So far I’m glad I found this provider to help me take care of my skin.
